All wood was salvaged from the destruction left behind by the Sandy Storm on the beaches and boardwalks of the New Jersey coastline. A limited number are available solely using charred sections of the boardwalk and buildings damaged in the 2013 SeaSide boardwalk fire. All works are numbered in series and reflect the area that the wood was salvaged from. Each piece is conversational yet inspirational as this wood has survived to tell a story.

New design that I'm really digging. Named in memory of one of the greatest rock singers in history, Chris Cornell and his lyrics "My Wave". All wood salvaged from The Highlands, Avon and Belmar.  Frame and background wood is pre 1950's beam lumber from Belmar and Blue/Green/White is all recently salvaged (2/17) from 8 beach cottages, built in the early 1930's, flooded during Sandy and recently purchased and renovated. This piece does its best to show the beautiful NJ shore colors the cottages where painted over the years. The Teal 2x6 side piece near top is Avon by the Sea Boardwalk bench wood recovered in the days after Sandy.  Approx 15"x 15"
