Currently looking for local South Shore, Tampa Bay and Clearwater Area reclaimed and salvaged wood. Current art work is being made with late 1800’s and early 1900’s historic shore buildings and homes, like The Norwood Inn, est 1888, in Avon, Freedmans Bakery, est 1950, in Belmar and the Asbury Park Boardwalk from 1st Ave are all being used along side of the Sandy Storm salvaged materials. Currently salvaging wood from local Florida remodels and demo sites. All works are one off pieces and are individually numbered. Haven’t made a Florida in a while, spent 1988-1998 living in both Clearwater and Ft Lauderdale. Newest in the Storm & Sea Salvaged FLA collection featuring Sandy Storm salvaged wood as well as local early 1900’s salvaged shore home, barn and boardwalk wood. Frame wood salvaged from early 1900’s plaster lath wall studs and beams from Belmar. Background is beadboard salvaged from Barn on Mt Pleasant Rd in Columbus NJ. The bright teal is salvaged from The Highlands, 8 beach bungalows opened in 1930 on Jackson St, flooded during Sandy and finally rebuilt Feb 2017. Yellow tongue and groove with teal and blue underneath salvaged from early 1900’s barn doors from Wall. Other blue is painted shelfs from Mantaloking Shores home on Schooner Lane. Approx 24” x 19” inches.
